Full Time Position Available:

European Automotive Technician – BMW Experience Preferred

Tyspeed Automotive, Central NJ’s Premier BMW specialist shop, is in need of a full-time technician to join our staff. The ideal candidate would possess the following traits and be comfortable with the following responsibilities :

-report to work on time during scheduled hours (M-F 9-5)

-Ability to accurately write up and diagnose customer concerns

-Ability to work hand in hand with front end manager to coordinate parts and time required for successful completion of jobs

-Keep an open mind and have a willingness to learn and share knowledge with co workers.

-Own Tools needed to complete most general repairs , tool set should be on par with experience

-Able to complete work competently and in a timely manner. This is an hourly rate position, not flat rate, but job times are monitored for efficiency. This could be a great change for someone who is tired of the flat rate system.

-Willingness to work hard and put in the time for successful, long-term employment

We are a young, outgoing staff, with an established reputation serving Central NJ for 6 years in our Jackson, NJ Location- just off of exit 21 on Route 195.

With a heavy background in motorsports and restoration, candidates should be dynamic, and have a willingness to take on new challenges outside their comfort zone , be a team player , and have the ability to think on their feet.

Pay to be commensurate with experience, competitive rates, PTO, after hours shop access and other benefits available to the right candidate.

Minimum 1 Day Working Interview Required prior to conditional offer of full time employment.

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
