M Rear End Conversions

Tyspeed Specializes in BMW performance. We have experience and have performed many BMW E82/E90/E92 Non M – M3 Rear end conversions. This involves replacing the entire rear subframe, differential, axles and suspension of your NON M chassis vehicle to a BMW M3 Rear end. Although a large project, the gains are huge. Starting with a customized driveshaft, we then swap the rear subframes and build the BMW M rear end to your specifications using new POWERFLEX bushings, and can perform the swap with various upgrades including adjustable toe links, upgraded rear brakes, and more. Here is a customer’s 2011 135i that we performed the E92 M3 Rear end conversion on, Including a full Powerflex bushings upgrade. This conversion can also be performed on NON-M BMW E46 Chassis, utilizing similar techniques and parts.
